MELEK transfer services is a service from door to door. It is a platform that connects travelers with drivers who will transport you from airport to hotel or from one city to another. Transportation from the airport to your hotel, apartments, HOSTEL and vice versa. All our drivers speak English. We have multiple cars with diferent capacity to meet all your needs. As well our drivers are educated to help you find exchange with fair rate, give you advice about itinerary and will help you with anything you will need.
We provide different types of vehicles depending on the number of passengers in your group. Car up to 4 people, MPV Combi up to 6 people, transporter for 9 persons and MINI-BUS, up to 20 people. Of course we can provide you more cars of same type to ensure maximum comfort for you.
All our drivers speak English as well as their mother tongue (and sometimes additional languages!). They are happy to talk to you and answer all the questions you have. And because they speak the local language, they are able to provide you with a unique opportunity to connect with hosts.
Each passenger is allowed to have one large luggage (29 to 21 by 11 inches) and one small luggage that should not exceed 22 to 14 k 9 inches. Please let us know if you need to have bigger/huge luggage and we will help you upgrade to a larger car. Of course our personal will take care about loading them car.
You can, without any changes in your itinerary up to 24 hours before departure. If you want to make a change at the last moment less than 24 hours before departure, we will do our best to accomodate you. We highly recommend to keep the 24 hours limit.
Your driver will meet you at the agreed time and place and will not contact you before, unless necessary. You will receive a reminder with the driver’s name and phone number a few days before departure in case you need to contact him or her.
The offer is final and no additional costs for our services. However, optional third party activities, such as travel or tourist tax, are not included in the price. Be sure there will be no surprises or extra fees from MELEK Transfer services.
Your driver can pick you up at your hotel, apartment, or any other place to access cars. This also applies to your discharge location. No need to worry about buses, cabins or other connections – MELEK offers door-to-door services!
If you need to cancel or redirect your trip for any reason, simply call or email us. We understand that travel plans can change and we do not currently charge a cancellation charge up to 24 hours before departure.
In case your desired route is not listed on our website, please contact us via e-mail. We will prepare you contract agreement with price.
We always inspect our drivers for criminal and traffic data, and we personally interview everybody / inspect their cars for safety, comfort and reliability. All cars must be less than ten years old, in excellent condition and fully secured for all travelers and things. And because our drivers are domestic, they are familiar with the rules and customs of the road. We believe this provides a safer, relaxing experience for you.
We try to make the trip as comfortable as possible, and the air your car smells is an essential part of this. All drivers are obliged to hold smoke-free cars and mostly as a neutral smell. Which means there is no smoke, dust and air fresheners.
